Goldgrub’s Goblin Academy

Goldgrub’s Goblin Academy is a new site idea that I thought of to assist and benefit newer World of Warcraft players.  The site will focus on being a guide for new players with a major focus on getting started making gold within World of Warcraft.  I have been working on selecting the finest in already established gold bloggers and podcasters to assist with this project.  Many of us pre-established gold bloggers tend to focus more on intermediate and advanced strategies for gold making on our main sites.  Starting up Goldgrub’s Goblin Academy allows us to write posts more specific to beginner tactics and tips.  This allows us All*Star bloggers to maintain the same quality level on our main WoW gold making sites, while allowing us to help the newer players and little goblins that are just getting started here at Goldgrub’s.  This goblin training academy will be the best resource for getting started and actually learning about how to make gold yourself.

We are currently working on the overall site design and getting our posting schedules ironed out.  We will be posting at least daily, with hopes of more posts per day as the staff gets in the flow of things.  In the future we are looking to add a forum that caters to new players where you can feel safe and ask new player questions without the fear of being laughed at for asking such basic questions.  There are plenty of other sites out there with forums, but one thing is common with those other sites.  They are filled (not everyone) with a lot of elitist assholes that will laugh at you or leave replies to your basic questions that will make you feel unwelcomed.  That won’t fly here at Goldgrub’s Goblin Academy.  You’ve seen it before.  Someone asks a question that most people scoff at.  Then some ass tells you to go read the previous forum posts that already cover that topic.  Hell, some of the forums like JMTC won’t even let you do a search of the forum posts without paying for that key feature.  I gotta pay to search the site?  No thanks!

So enjoy the posts that are already up on the site.  We will be working hard to get the site fully functional and more interactive for all you new goblins.  Anyone is welcome here at Goldgrub’s Goblin Academy.  If you are an experienced gold maker than feel free to leave helpful comment to questions, just remember talking down to new players is not allowed.
